I was not satisfied with the stock Condor SS moderator baffles on my .22 airrifle and experimented with some 3D printed moderators , some came out louder and some slightly softer, but this design made a huge difference. I adapted the design to be a single print, without supports , drop in model.
To use, print with PETG ( PLA doesn't hold up to the shock of pressure waves and de-laminates). its designed slightly smaller than the shroud tube to be able to fit a layer of thin felt around the baffle and then slide into the shroud tube till it mates with the barrel. The end cap is then replaced. I held the felt in place with some electrical tape on the ends. Its a tight fit, but the end result is really good - All I hear now is the hammer and hammer spring and the pellet impact
