This thing is a 3D printed air raid siren.
There are 2 different versions of the rotor - 1 should produce a single tone, and the other should produce a two tone sound.
It is specifically designed to work with a Velleman MOT1N 3V DC motor (http://cpc.farnell.com/velleman-sa/mot1n/dc-motor-3vdc-300ma-14200rpm-1/dp/MC02198).
I recommend that this part be printed with a support type of 'None' in the slicing program, as I have included internal support as part of the design of the rotor.
