First a BIG thanks to Noircogi, an RCGroups poster, for his own prop stop idea that inspired my design!
For those that want to use a folding prop in a pusher configuration, this piece might help. It is designed to replace two stop plates with a one piece insert to fit an Aeronaut 38mm folding propeller yoke. The parts function is to stop the blades from extending too far and striking the plane as well as stopping the blades from crossing each other when folded (over-folding).
The advantage to this one piece insert is it is light, it doesn't take up as much space on the propeller shaft and it is much easier to set-up and balance.
There are three STL files for three different prop shaft sizes - 5mm, 6mm and 8mm.
UPDATE #1: I have changed the profile a bit to fit a wider selection of props. I have also added two inserts for the 42mm Yoke size.
UPDATE #2: I have added a 42mm x 5mm size.
