Included are a STEP file and selected renderings of FIRST FRC Team 1678 Citrus Circuits' 2016 Robot, Adrian. Adrian is FIRST FRC Team 1678 Citrus Circuits's 2016 robot that competed in FIRST Stronghold. As the team's most complicated machine yet, Adrian features a robust West Coast Drivetrain supporting a utility arm that includes an elevator, shooter, and intake. The design gave 1678 infinite variability in movement, shot angle, and low bar ability. The robot involved three custom gearboxes, three different types of control loops, custom wiring, and more.

In FIRST Stronghold, we won the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Silicon Valley Regionals. At the FIRST Championship, with Teams 148, 364, and 2990, we become Hopper Sub-Division Champions and 2016 FRC World Championship Semi-Finalists.

FIRST Robotics is an international organization, founded by Dean Kamen, that seeks to promote hands-on, mentor-based science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education through yearly robotics competitions. FRC, or FIRST Robotics Competition, is the competition for high school students (grades 9-12), focusing on a robotics challenge released every January and promoting community outreach and education.
