Simple glue-/tape-on cable guide for under desks, workbenches, etc. It's 2" deep (turns out our work tables have different clearances on the front and back... so it sticks out a tiny, tiny bit on the back).
We just hot-glued them on, which has been more than strong enough, especially since we basically stuck one on every ~1', and wherever we needed a drop. Holds a fair number of cables, is springy enough to accept large cables, and so far we haven't had any pop back out, but we have some zip ties at the ready if they do.
We printed these at ~20% infill which seems to be sufficient, although we did use a 3d infill pattern (cubic, maybe?) to keep the strength even. The piece is 0.25" thick with a large fillet at the stressed corner for added oomph.
We'd probably prefer something a tad bit stronger so we might do a quick remix to shorten it up a bit for our tables, make it a bit thicker, add a bit more reinforcement at the stress corner, and maybe take out some of the sharpness at the bottom.
Update
Our hot glue ad hoc solution is no solution; it failed. Screw holes would be great if there wasn't a bloody hook in the way. We might consider a two-piece print; keep the hook roughly the same but create a part that cuddles with the hook and has screw holes on the side, or a "taller" (deeper?) but skinnier hook with screw holes at either end. Not really sure. Or a two-piece hook where the hook clips or slides into a screw mount.
Or we'll just buy an existing cable management solution... but we're trying to build basically everything in the shop as a matter of... silliness.
