You have one of the ITX Cases from Inter-Tech.de or Chieftec.eu with the well-known optical drive addon, but you don't have any drive inside?
Then this thing may help you to cover it up ;-)
Also, I have added the STEP files, so that you can modify the Cover to add interfaces, displays whatever you like.

Printing:
The cover is made to be printed on the back without supports. It's quick and easy.
Using "ironing" in your favorite slicer makes the surface nice and shiny.
Then this thing may help you to cover it up ;-)
