Adapters for Hictop Prusa I3 Spool Holder by siskulous

It started with a need for a 49mm adapter for jlvnb's spool holder. Then I needed a 56mm adapter for Gizmodorks spools. Then I realized that having multiple spools on the spool holder worked better with a divider. At this point I'll just add adapters as I need them.
