UPDATE 20160219: drill-press-dremel4000.stl is the same thing only made to fit threads and different holes with Slic3r. If you're printing with Slic3r, you should consider drill-press-dremel4000-holder-bottom+top.STL outdated.
Packed in one file you have both the drill-press-dremel3000-holder-top and drill-press-dremel3000-holder-bottom but for Dremel4000 instead of Dremel3000. I haven't tried it yet, but I will try it and report in a few days.
