adapter for anet6/8 horizontal drag chain

this is for the Xaxis on a horizontal mout extruder for a6/18 with a horizontal x axis. I couldn't find an adapter to pull the chain on the extruder plate so I copied the original fan mount plate and modified it to attach the drag chain
