Adapter to fit the Opt Lasers PLH3D-6W to the Z-Axis Kit from Eleksmaker.
You can use the scad as a general template for modifying the Z-Axis Kit.
The tolerances are important to work good.
Use the test module of the scad to check you printsettings.
There should be some clearance in the ball bearings.
