This is a TPU camera bushing to help further reduce video jello, in place of metal spacers that came with AcroBrat. I tried all different color of bushings (red, blue, white, etc).
The white bushings provide the least amount of jello but there is still some. Using these TPU camera bushings, I was able to get rid of last remaining bit of jello.
My AcroBrat setup: BH 1407 4100kv motors. (Great motors with a lot of power but they are also very coggy. I also have Cobra 1407 4100kv on my 2nd AcroBrat. The cobras are much smoother.). Note that I don't use the Split mini for FPV video. I mount a Runcam Micro Eagle above the Split Mini camera.)
Added brim to help print bed adhesion and make it easier to print. Just cut out the brim after printing.
No support. Print using 0.2mm layer height. Use different infill setting and shell for different softness to suit your need.
I used 5% infill with Sain Smart TPU filament which has a Shore Hardness of 95A at 100% infill. If you use a different TPU filament, you may need to adjust accordingly. Use 2 m2 washers and a 10mm M2 screw to secure each bushing to the camera.
8/10/2028 - Added a new version with a width of 3.4mm to provide more tension and a tighter fit.
If you print this out, let me know how it works out for you.
If you still get jello with Split mini, you may have a bad lens. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mm03PSGEUAM
