Get some flat ribbon cable for the network module, and remove the top on one end or else it will be touching the floppy drive. See pictures for description.https://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-10pin-2-54mm-IDC-Flat-Ribbon-Cable-Wire-for-Atmel-AVR-ISP-JTAG-DownNWUSHH/303636924114?hash=item46b22bc6d2:g:DEwAAOSwfLxbEfQf
Screws:
One M2x10mm for the ENC28J60 Ethernet Module LAN
Two M2x6mm to hold the microhdmi firmly in place
I use it on my Amiga 1200 with a Vampire 1200 accelerator.
