A technical proposal for the reconstruction of the gas cleaning system of Slavic TPP (Ukraine)
For effective cleaning of coal dust flow of air and water vapor is recovered from 1-drying-grinding system dust preparation of Slavic TPP (Ukraine) are combined with the electron-ion gas cleaning technology.
Implementation of the proposal will provide:
-drastic reduction of harmful emissions dispersed suspensions and partial neutralization of Mono-nitrogen oxides;
-reduction of energy costs of gas cleaning;
-the possibility to benefit from the technology caught the dispersed mass.
Техническое предложение по реконструкции системы газоочистки Славянской ТЭС (Украина)
Для эффективной очистки от угольной пыли потока воздуха и водяных паров, отходящего от 1-й сушильно-размольной системы цеха подготовка пыли Славянской ТЭС (Украина), предлагается установить аппарат с комбинированной электронно-ионной технологией очистки газов.
Реализация предложения обеспечит:
- резкое сокращение вредных выбросов дисперсных взвесей и частичное обезвреживание моно оксидов азота;
- уменьшение энергетических расходов на газоочистку;
- возможность технологического извлечения пользы из уловленной дисперсной массы.
