This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Another one of my card models turned into a S/U model.. This one scaled out to be appx. 1"=4'. Interior textures from Max Payne texture pack. Model's exterior shell is a separate layer. Turn off to see inside. Shell's interior is plain, same as in the model. Only changed upstairs bedroom into closet and bath and elevator shaft into closets and shelves. You can add the bath and kitchen of your choice, either modern or old. Location is obvious. There is a chimney for the kitchen stove and 4 fireplaces. On the model the shell lifts straight up and off. The pocket doors are on a separate layer as well.
