Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I guess I've called it the vacation home because it sort of looks like one. However, it can be your year-round home instead. This house is located near the cabins around Lake Paulwall. It is barely a mile down the road from the abandoned Paulwall boys' camp jamboree. The house itself actually looks like a Pacific Island house with its classic wooden exterior, metal roof, and wood framed windows. The large wooden deck also makes it look like an island hut. Come inside to nine foot ceilings with exception to the ten foot ceiling in the living room. Your kitchen has everything you need, lots of cabinets and counter space. Put your table in the space in the kitchen. The rear gives you three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. Your master bedroom has good advantage for it has its own deck access, a reading nook, and a walk-in closet. The foundation is a crawl-space, around back you'll find the access hatch next to the back steps. I hope this bungalow is what you see in a dream home.
