Mass= 0.099lb
This contest was quite challenging.
After a thorough analysis I can conclude that the allowable is to low for the load magnitude subjected.
In order to achieve a mass under 0.1 lb, it's necessary to have an allowable of about 10 ksi.
On the Von Misses plot you'll see that there are stress concentrations around the holes, but it is an Industry practice to neglect them, since those need to be analyzed via pull through and bearing bypass analysis.
