This piece is inpired from the book Flatland: A Romance of Many
Dimensions by Edwin A. Abbott.
It is not a functional product, but I consider it as a trophy for 3D printers, because it achieves the transformation of the word “2D” into an elegant 3D form.
I never owned a 3D printer before, but if I had one, this would be the first object I would print.
In this piece I am honoring the technology of 3D printers in their ability to transform a digital idea into something real.
