3200 Series Belted end drive cleated conveyor with V-guide belt tracking, standard 3" pulley drive tail, standard 3" pulley idler tail , 10" (254mm) wide belt x 6' (1,829mm) long, output shaft in position A, bolt on 2.50" (64mm) tall aluminum high side both sides, with type A 1.00" (25mm) straight cleat on 14.73" (374mm) centers. NOTE: Usable cleat width is 1" (25mm) less than conveyor belt width. Includes recommended mounting brackets and return rollers. Uncrated weight = 70 lbs. (31.8 kg).

3200 Belted & LPZ Belted Series standard load eDrive™ cleated bottom mounting package for an end drive conveyor, mounted in the A position, 20:14 pulley ratio. Uncrated weight = 13 lbs. (5.7 kg).

3200 Belted Series standard load 90° shaft eDrive™ variable speed VFD gearmotor, .75 Hp (.55kW) de-rated to .50 Hp (.37kW) for full torque throughout speed range, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 6-60 Hz, 29 RPM, providing a belt speed of 3.3 - 33 ft/min (1.0 - 10 m/min). Fixed height stand with fixed foot pads for up to a 12" (305mm) wide 3200 conveyor. Stand is adjustable from 21" to 25" (533mm to 635mm) Stand has a full width top plate with a base width of 13.5" (343mm). Required stand height is 23.2" (589mm).

Diagonal bracing for two-legged H or A style stands up to 30" (762mm) tall.

Above conveyor load capacity is 319 lbs. (144 kg) based on a conveyor decline of 0 degrees and a non-accumulated, evenly distributed load. Stand support components will provide an infeed belt height of 30" (762mm) and a discharge belt height of 30" (762mm). Cleated conveyors with a belt width greater than 24'' will include a return belt support rail on underside full length.
