Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a house that adopts the Spanish Colonial architecture. Actually, only the intricate outer fascade has the great architecture in stucco. The interior finishes are simple and traditional. However, the house offers a very interesting floorplan. First off, there are 4 bedrooms and only one bathroom! The main stairway merges with the servant's stairway (leading directly to the kitchen). There is an awesome gormet kitchen. There is a series of built-ins such as a near central flue, some window seats, and a china hutch in the dining room. The basement access is under the stairs. Enjoy each detail in this very detailed foursquare. It may be tiny but heck, it actually provides for more interest than some large house. Go inside and toggle the layers. Other details include reflections in the windows, urns, and interesting attic dormers.
