Makerbot to Quick Fit Extruder Conversion

by Thingiverse
This is a modified version of the Makerbot Replicator extruder that I am planning to install on my Printbox.
The extruder is redesigned to use MK8 driving gear and a 604Z bearing held in place by a 4x10 mm screw. Also, the design has been minimized and now the whole thing (including the lever) is just the size of a NEMA17 motor. And yeah, it can handle flexible filaments.
BTW, you can mirror the parts and easily make a double extruder OR not mirror at all, because they fit anyway.
The future plan is to polish some of the parts to fit perfectly after printing.
