Names are based on peeron.com. Official Lego name wil be like part number+color number - for example:
3704 Black Technic Axle 2 will be part 370426

Color scheme set by RGB ratios from http://www.peeron.com/cgi-bin/invcgis/colorguide.cgi/ - official RGB ratios of colors were provided by Lego company to this website.

Dimensions are based on Lego patents.
Axle diameter 4.8 mm (real dimension will be like 4.7 - 4.75)
Length is multiple of brick legnth - 8 mm - axle 2 = 16 mm, axle 3 = 24 mm, axle 4 = 32 mm, etc.
Real Lego axle length will be slightly smaller for example for axle 2 - about 15.9 mm.
