Laser cut cockpit panel (Version 1.0)
Cheap yet design solution instead of an expensive cockpit panel in the market. Planned to be cut in black opaque plexiglass.
6 parts categorised by plexiglass thickness :
3mm : touchscreen frame
5mm : front panel + 2x feet + oblique panel
8mm : transverse reinforcement bar
You will need some screws :
10x M4x22mm (for the screen mount)
11x M4x14mm or 16mm if you can't get 14 (for the rest)
42x M4 bolts
Compatible for :
3x Logitech/Saitek panels (switch, Autopilot, radios) [https://bit.ly/3iOzPtc]

STEP and 3D PDF file for 3D preview
Preview dimensions in the 5th picture and in pdf
Solidworks 2016 documents of the assembly and parts in a zip folder
Illustrator vector files ready to be loaded in your favourite laser cutter software (there is a test layer for engraving in the 5mm panel AI file to get the right settings with the laser cutter, just delete the layer once the settings are good)
