This is my entry for https://grabcad.com/challenges/lagoa-render-wars-challenge

I started out just getting used to using Lagoa. I was playing around with the flip-flop paint and really liked the results and then started working on getting the ground plane and background to look correct until I saw the first public entry and realized I had a lot of work to do! I decided to try and make a cool scene so I made a loop-d-loop and wanted to cover the ground out of MegaBloks. Well 1000's of MegaBlocks made in SW is too much for my little mini Mac but I finaly got some of them into Lagoa. I had to do a lot of this from Lagoa's site as we are currently not able to upload separate assets to a render scene from Workbench. I am not sure I was not able to get the final render with the loop and MegaBloks completed. :( but there is one render where you can see where I was going with it. I had a large base (the assembly file if you want to attempt to open it) but I could not get it into Lagoa, I was able to get a base of 100 (10x10) into Lagoa and was going to attempt to copy and paste it in Lagoa but this was still a slow process and I kept locking up my computer.

Getting to use Lagoa was nice as I can now render from my Mac, however I hope that GrabCAD's integration with Lagoa will soon include all of the features on Lagoas website as there are still some important things that cannot be done within Workbench.
