This is a tree branch modeled after the Japanese Cherry Blossom. It is intended to be generated by the thousands on a tree model as a particle system. I have included the original version, a decimated version, and the individual plant elements. There is also an copy of the branch with the original particle systems. This was rendered using Filmic Blender. Materials may need adjusted if you are using the standard sRGB colour management.
