Hybrid Hidraulic Turbine

I don't have time to develop this concept so by now is just a hunch. The guess is that the rotatory movement leads the water inside the turbine to make a vortex and that vortex directs the flow to the corkscrew inlet. In this corkscrew the flux is accelerated by centrifugal force and by reduction of cross section. I believe its possiblie an intermediate solution between francis and pelton turbines.
