Lots of aditional details (and proposed materials) and design tweeks added....
These types of 3D models will show future clients in details how a building will look without the need of contruction (expensive) miniature models.....only when a design is agreed, approved and awarded with a contract or PCSA (pre contract service agreement), those type of models (Design stage 3) will be produced...(cost effective designing)
