Dust filter cover for 3M mask

SK: Kupil som si ochrannu masku 3M s uhlikovymi a prachovymi filtrami. Pri nasadzovani krytu prachoveho filtra mi tento kryt praskol, kedze bol vyrobeny velmi tesne a bol z tenkeho plastu. Na thingiverse som nenasiel ziadnu funkcnu nahradu, tak som sa rozhodol tento kryt nakreslit a zverejnit. Kryt som kreslil tak, aby sa dal tlacit s obidvoch stran. Model je optimalizovany na Prusa slicer kde su steny pri tryske 0,4 mm hrube 4 perimetre. Podpora je tu samozrejme nutna pri tlaci z obidvoch stran. Material sa da pouzit lubovolny. Ja som skusal PLA a PETG. Model je pomerne presny a pri spravnom nastaveni tlaciarne by sa mal dat mierne ztuha nasadit na uhlikovy filter. Na originalnom kryte sa nachadza 6 kusov zubkov na pevne uchytenie na filter. Ja som na kryte nechal len jeden zubok, co bohate postacuje.

I bought a 3M protective mask with carbon and dust filters. When I put on the dust filter cover I cracked it because it was made very tight and was made of thin plastic. I didn't find any functional replacement on thingiverse, so I decided to draw and publish this cover. I drew the cover so that it could be pushed from both sides. The model is optimized for Prusa slicer where the walls are at a nozzle 0.4 mm thick 4 perimeters. Support is obviously needed when printing from both sides. Material can be used at will. I tried PLA and PETG. The model is relatively accurate, and if the printer is set up correctly, the data should be slightly stiff on the carbon filter. On the original cover there are 6 pieces of teeth to firmly attach to the filter. I left only one tooth on the cover, which is rich enough.
