UPDATE 09-17-16
Thanks to all the hard work of Nathan720 (http://www.thingiverse.com/Nathan720), there is now an instructables post for how to build the helmets!http://www.instructables.com/id/Two-Daft-Punk-Helmets-in-One-Month/
It's what everyone has been waiting for!
The Daft Punk Guy Manuel 3D Printable helmet for small printers!
All the parts are for the left side and just need to be mirrored to print the right. Set the X scale to -1
This design is for small 3D Printers with print beds 6x6in or bigger.
All parts Zip tie or glue together.
Support Material is a must for most parts. These are not optimized for supportless printing due to there shape.
About 60 hours of printing so far, and 1 reels of 3mm abs.
It will be compatible with the AlexPlusLEDs fans and chin lights which can be found here: http://alexplusleds.bigcartel.com/
STL files are orientated for printing on a 6x6 bed.
The visor mold that will soon be included can be used to make your own clear visor form for vacuum forming.

---UPDATES---
06-27-15 Well, I should have updated this a while back. All the files are updated and scaled to match the Thomas Helmet. Hopefully they look good and work better size wise.
10-16-14 I uploaded a quick Back Wire Harness for the wires on the back of the head. Its simple and will be updated to have groves to hold the wires in place.
10-04-14 I've uploaded the visor mold and the support parts. All parts should be mirrored and glued together very well to handle vacuum forming. I suggest a good thick coat of epoxy or bondo on the inside of the mold to avoid cracking during forming. Please let me know if there are any problems with slicing, some of the parts were a rush job and didn't need to look pretty.
Also, I have uploaded the ear cups and side panels. The ear cup is not ready for electronics, it was uploaded because of a request.
