A shout out to Fat Tony for the GoPro.
This was going to be the exam this years grade 10 class... but then i changed my mind! The idea is to use indexed marks on the rope to control the camera. i had a series of coordinated moves the students had to make. Using the Wifi on the GoPro with a phone as the viewfinder is very effective - battery life on the GoPro is the pits. The model is intended to be taped to the GoPro using electrical tape. the model doesn't show the extra battery pack i used. The rope is 3/4" Dia. If anyone else makes this in real life let me know. i may post some videos over the summer.
