This is an Americana themed coffee table I designed and built. 49.5"L x 26"W x 18"H. I made the frame and stripes out of oak boards and used poplar for the field (blue). The legs were laser cut and powder coated at the company I work for. For the star i used spray paint and allowed a little over spray to give it a more vintage/weather look.
I uploaded a Step file. If you decide to build one on your own please send me pictures after you finish. I can also offer advice on stains, wood, tools etc.
Please keep in mind this is not the United States Flag as putting drinks, food, etc on the US flag is disrespectful. However if you want to make just the top and use a correct flag It would look good hung up on a wall.
