AERODYNAMIC DESIGN OF TRUCK BOX BODY

Aim of this project was to reduce fuel consumption for transportation regarding box body type mounted on truck. You can se screenshots from Autodesk Inventor 2014 and pictures from finnished project.
Result was achived by:
-Optimized weight of truck body
-Radius 60mm on front box edges (compare to 20-25mm as industry standard)
-Side skirts covering whole lengt of truck to reduce turbulence
