This unit remains untested- I suggest printing about 5mm of the piece, canceling the print, and testing fit-up before trying a complete print.
Ordered the wrong spindle mount for my R7 router kit- 3d printer to the rescue! This will fit most 2 1/4hp router units- 90mm. The part that mounts to the c-beam is very tight. There is no room for over extrusion of filament, and your printer must be running perfectly, dimension wise. Even with perfect settings you may have to do a bit of preparation in order to get it to fit. There was no way around this- the tolerances are a b#%$h. Print with at least 65% to 70% infill, 100% would be best... Screw holes are all M5- the two M5 (60-65mm) holes for the compression screws take M5 (nylon) nuts that slide into the slots on the right side of the mount- do NOT forget these, as the plastic will likely strip. The two holes that mount to the c-beam take low profile, 15mm, M5's with t-slot nuts.
Testing and pictures coming soon.
