A standard two story duplex on the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, the BIG island. It comes with two 300 gallon cisterns below the first floor. Rain water is the main source of water on the East End of St. Croix. This building was built by the Roebucks around the 60's accompanying a gas station and a grocery store adjacent to the property.. This little spot on the map was called Roebuckville by the old Timers on the island. There is a large pasture right behind the building with a very old (300-400 years) water tower that was used during the sugar cane and cotton plantations era. There is a great view of Buck Island and on clear days, St. Thomas, St. John, and Totola in the British Virgin Islands.
