ERROR! ERROR! ERROR!
UPS! Unfortunately an error on previous design, accidentally I mirror two of the connection threads! Sorry!
Error is fix now, however, if you printed already the bracket, just mirror the NUT on the Slicing Software for those two connections! It will fit! Or just download the Mirrored Nut!
65 & 80mm spindle bracket with cooling system
In order to avoid all space problems from previous designs - Spray Culling Systems - I decide to eliminate entirely the cooling unit and integrate it in to the Spindle Bracket.
It Include also the eccentric adapters for 65 and 52mm Spindle
This unit is design to ensure that the CNC tool have the cooling assist for the entire work period, no mater the position of the tool in rapport with the part.
Removing the " chips " from the cut work area is also a very important task - in order to obtain the 100 % performance from the cutting tool. "Blowing" from 4 different position will ensure that working area is always "chips free"
The Cooling Emulsion used will help "lubricate" the cut tool during the cutting process, and it will minimize the chances that cut chips will fuse/weld to it.
If your CNC machine is "prepared" to receive, collect and reuse the Cooling Emulsion - the Spray Cooing Unit comes with 3 X 2.0mm nozzle.
If your CNC cant "handle" that well a large volume of liquid, use the 0.5 Single Nozzle, in tandem with a Mist Cooling System, combining Air and Cooling Emulsion.
Unit is connected with a 10mm hose; it comes with 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0mm nozzle. Nozzle angle can be adjusted for optimal cooling.
Before printing this unit, ensure it will fit to your CNC (design for 80mm spindle).
Before using this unit, ensure it will not collide with CNC parts - frame, vice, tool changer... etc.
Ensure that Cooling Emulsion cant reach any electrical and mechanical parts what are not water tight or water resistant!
Always wear proper safety equipment when using this unit!
All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
Design to print without support! :) By Costa
