I've made a few more updates to the model. The primary Rev 2 changes were - the air gap around the extruder was closed for improved cooling, I added more clearance around the lower right mount to prevent any interference with the lower fan wires. And I added some clearance around the thumb wheel area at the upper left (where the filament feed bearing thumb wheels are at).

This is my final work for "Rev2", and the additional changes consist of adding a shutter door to the left cooling vent so that you can adjust air flow to be stronger or lighter as needed.
And then I've added some material to the inside base so that the filament feed tube will have better support. The first set of pictures were taken before I turned the shutter handle... hindsight...
I'm including the updated .stl files for all the components, and an updated CURA profile that includes the correct support material settings (everywhere).
