I decided to clean up the original DXF as it had been drawn in a student edition.
in addition I have exported it out to Autocad 2000 format DXF to be more compatible with chinese laser cutters and CNC exquipment.
I have included my original Inventor parts and assemblies as well.
STL's include:
Blank Flag starter
"Hollow" Flag in 2mm thickness
Embossed Flag with 3mm pole option.
