8-Wire Clip designed for Monoprice Nimbus Series 12AWG 2-Conductor CMP-Rated Speaker Wire

Insert the wire skinny side first and twist it a bit to secure it in place. Requires a bit of finger strength. Uses 2 drywall screws to secure it to studs/rafters. Exercise caution when driving the screw in to prevent it from splitting the ends.
Worked well for running my Dolby Atmos home theater 11.1 speaker wires through the attic.
