I needed to have a really reliable 90 right angle binding between two 8mm rods, with the possibility to control the distance between them with an insert.
Having seen the available selection, decided to design my own.
Edges are round to prevent excessive warping, and it is printable without supports.
Recommended to use 100% infill.
The main structural integrity is provided by m3 screws, washers on the top and also on the bottom are recommended. The length of the screw is 30mm, or longer if the insert is really thick.
