7.3L Engine Sensor & Injector Break Out Box by sinned6915

Break out box for the 42 pin connector on the 73L Powerstroke. Connector halves are on a sheet metal bracket on the Drivers side valve cover. I had a Hammond box and just made a new custom cover.
Uses AT computer power switches and banana jack connectors Look for computer surplus shops. Holes for 3mm indictor LED's as well for the injectors.
You will need a donor harness from a junkyard truck, get as MUCH of both ends of that harness as you can. I spliced my wires at the banana jacks, it was tight but it worked. Wrap the wires in tape or a plastic loom.
Refer to the 7.3L Sensors diagram included in this archive for pin and jack numbers. Google for it if you need bigger/high res.
You will also probably want access to a factory wiring manual to see the wiring and wiring colors for your year to that connector.
Print face down, Aquanet on glass for me. Paint fill the letters afterwards for legibility.
Buttons should slide on the switch posts snuggly and friction fit on there.
