You'll need x1 1/4" metal nut and x4 1/8" self-tapping screws. This is printed in PLA, which has similar properties to wood, so wood screws work great. It's also helpful to have a 3D Pen, as you can use some left-over PLA to seal the metal nut into the base.
Screw in one of the screws to help center your LCD, and then screw in the others diagonally from each other. The nut goes in the base and needs to be either glued in place, or sealed in with some PLA.
The panel I used is a 7" Touchscreen. I bought this panel, but it's available from many different vendors, so don't feel like you need to use this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32976393963.html
I used a microphone stand with a 1/4" bolt, which is a very common and cheap design. This is the one I bought, but any microphone stand like it should do:

On top of that stand's bolt I have attached a swivel mount for better positioning. I'd highly suggest you get one, but it's not necessary. Again, any model would do, but I bought this particular one:

You can tighten up the appearance with some 270 degree (right) HDMI and 90 degree micro-USB cables. Some Velcro cable ties also help.
