This is a simple plastic pellet to fit a .68" calibre barrel. I use these with my Umarex T4E HDS68 paintball marker. They're pretty resilient and don't break easily.
There are two designs: single and x21. It takes about 15 minutes to print a single pellet but more than 10 hours to print a batch of 21.
