15% fill on all parts except Sun Gear, Ring Gear, & Cover. The Sun Gear should be printed at 100% fill and the Ring Gear & Cover should be printed at 100% (for strength) or 2mm Bottom/Top thickness to keep as flush and strong as possible.
You will need 1 of each file, except for the Planetary Gear. You will need 3 of the Planetary Gears.
The input is the sun gear (green) and the output is the carrier (red). It was designed so that a 5MM square will fit the sun gear snugly, but not tight and a 5.35 square hole will fit the carrier.
Ring gear may require clean up afterwards if you end up with strings across the gears. I found a small file works wonders if any binding occurs while driving the sun gear and holding the casing. The gears are meant to be a very close, but not binding, fit.
I included a handle to drive it but anything else can be utilized as well. I will be updating this to include a secondary gear hooked up to the sun to drive it via a worm gear (with the necessary attachments for it).
I will be updating in the future to include way to lock the Ring Gear & Cover together (so they won't rotate without manually holding) and also an add-on for a worm gear drive system for further gear reduction.
What I found to be Optimal Settings for each Part (with times & PLA lengths)
