I'm printing NOP21's Kinetic Gears 4 sculpture (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3995085) and needed a bunch of 607 bearings (7x19x6mm).
I tried to design it using several different parametric roller bearing generators available on thingiverse, and even tried a version with emmet's planetary design. Every variant I tried had issues: although there are a ton of different successful 608 design variants for PLA FDM printing, I think the 607's smaller dimensions are more challenging. The best 607 I could print with some kind of roller wasn't caged, which didn't work well because the clip/washer components of the sculpture contact and apply pressure to the top/bottom faces of the bearing, impeding the rolling action of the rollers.
My solution was to just get rid of the rollers altogether. With 0.5mm internal clearance and chamfered edges to compensate for elephants foot, it's basically guaranteed to print successfully. I've added versions with lower clearances, but really: the 0.5mm version is probably fine for your needs and prints reliably.
