This is a complete X-carriage designed to fit the Anycubic 4max Pro, and might fit other Makerbot-based printers with 70 mm rod spacing as well.
I came up with this design because there were several issues with the original 4max Pro print head I did not like and which are improved now:
Better extruder (BMG dual gear)
More versatile hot end with more parts options (E3D v6)
Easier assembly and disassembly (the attachement to the linear bearing is now by screws, not snap-fit as before)
Better visibility of the nozzle tip during printing
Edit (2020/01/09): Added an improved design for the cooling shroud (_4 instead of _3) with some stator vanes and a base plug for the fan plus an enlarged air outlet.
