40mm x 40mm Axial Fan to 5015 Blower Fan Adapter by KillerQ

Hey, All...

This is a design that i made by remixing two other deigns together to make something
totally new - as well as something that haven't seen made or posted before.

This is a 40mm x 40mm axial fan grill that has a central mount for a 5015 blower fan. In other words, my design will allow you to quickly add a 5015 blower fan to any place that a 40mm x 40mm axial fan would normally by mounted.

For me, I removed the 40mm x 40mm x 10mm fan that was cooling the hot end on my Ender 5 Plus and simply screwed this into its place. Much better cooling force!

I designed it to be a friction-fit for the WINSINN 50mm Blower fans from Amazon
I suggest a few dabs of super glue just to be safe. I am sure this would fit other 50mm
blower fans, but I specifically designed it around this one since it's what I had handy.

Use whatever size screws you need to fit your existing holes, this grill will accommodate M3 screws perfectly.
