The original STL for the fan duct was of such shoddy quality that I couldn't even autorepair it using meshlab or online tools. It had around 12000 Vertices (fixed version: 2.570), tons of flipped normals and a shitload of non-manifold edges.
I cleaned up the original model as good as possible with Blender, then attached the bltouch holder from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3754873 (shortened a bit and also with reduced polygons) because I couldn't for the love of god figure out how to use the bltouch holder provided in the original part.
BLTouch Z Offset is (for mine at least -4.13) and it should fit nicely next to the part cooling duct.
