My headlamp consumes lot of current and I was bored of buying or charging AAA baterries. With my 10Ah powerbank it shines very very long time :)
Maybe it can be used with other devices.
But be carefull 3x AAA is only 4.5V and powerbank gives 5V, so be sure that your device can handle it. You can add diode(s) to drop the voltage.
Also check if your powerbank can supply the current that the headlamp consumes. My headlamp needs about 1.5A in the power mode.
Extra material:
2x M3 nuts 10 mm
old USB cable
1x powerbank :)
I soldered the wires to the screws. Presolder the screws before screwing it into the adapter.
Additionaly you can glue the contacts and cables with gluegun.
