3M Respirator block-off cap
As well as same cap but with a 4mm ID PVC Tube adapter variant (for pressurised air supply use), as well as a 12mm ID PVC tube adapter (for non-pressurised air supply use).
Use at your own risk. Understand that if you block off one of the filter ports, the other filter will be working twice as hard and breathing may become difficult.
As for how to print this on FDM, your best bet would be to use a tool to cut off the embossed logo to flatten the outer surface and use that to adhere to bed, you may or may not need supports for the overhangs, eg if you printing with woodfill PLA that would normall have very good overhang properties, you may not need supports, feel free to experiment and comment.
