This is a MOMO steering wheel option for the 3dsets Rancher.
There are multiple files and options.
The included pdf has decals setup for the 6mm center cap of the steering wheel for MOMO Italy. I printed this on my MMU2 allowing multi-colored filaments. i used clear water slide decals and set my center hub to be white PLA so the decal would pop on the white background there is a border around the center cap that you can set for black filament to fill in the sides of the decal and make it look one piece.
the files labeled Single are for use on a standard 3d printer with one extruder.
the other files are designed for multi-material printers allowing for any number of customized patterns you wish to print.
the steering wheel is designed as a direct replacement for the stock 3d sets wheel. the original hardware will work. however i would recommend changing the M3x25mm steering wheel bolt for a 20mm length both as it will be easier to thread and install.
no supports needed prints exactly like the original 3d sets wheel as 2 pieces top and bottom that are bolted together.
the bolt tolerances are much tighter on this steering wheel helping prevent stripping out the material when installing a bolt however take extra care during assembly.
the single material wheel is setup oriented to the bed. the multi piece will require you to orient it as needed for your machine however print it flat on the bed top face up and bottom face down.
