I designed this using Xavierart26's original design as a mockup. This bracket is specifically for those using an E3D V6 in KLEMCO's aluminum groovemount mounted on 3DFused's direct drive plate. The original design lines up well with the stock extruder, but not when you have an E3D V6 on the KLEMCO mount. This has only been tested using this very specific setup, and probably won't work with other configurations.
Though if you do have 3DFused's linear rails with the direct drive plate, an E3D V6 (or any other similar groovemount hotend, as the holes are almost always centered) in a KLEMCO mount, AND a Bondtech BMG... then this is the bracket for you.
I have only tested with a genuine E3D V6 and a Genuine Bondtech BMG, as well as the genuine (waterjet cut aluminum, not printed plastic) 3DFused bracket.
If you have any questions, ask!
Note: the holes are sized for ~5.1mm threaded inserts (Initeq brand M3-0.5, specifically). There are two versions... revision 4 was an attempt at making the bracket a little more lightweight while keep rigidity and torsional strength. Revision 4 is optimized for 100% infill, while revision 3 will do fine with ~40% infill (gyroid works well).
